Graduation Ceremonies
(K5 will be at 5:30pm and 8th Grade at 7:00pm)
The 8th Grade Class of 2012 would like to invite all our family and friends
to attend their graduation ceremonies on Wednesday, May 30th at 7:00pm.
Our students have worked very hard this year to reach this day in their young
lives and they ask you to join with them to celebrate this special moment in
time. A reception will follow in the Fellowship Hall hosted by our Middle
School parents.

The Last P. T. L. Meeting of the year will be
Tomorrow at 6:00pm on Tuesday, May 15th.
This is a very important meeting because it is for election of officers
and plans for distribution of funds for the end of the year. We really
need you to be present and counted! (Bonus! – your child gets a free
dress pass if you attend)

6th Grade Parents – Has your child begun the shots necessary
to enter 7th grade?? Please, don’t delay – start now if you haven’t
already done so. They cannot enter any 7th grade in the State of
Florida without them!

Parents Please Note: It is school policy that all fees and charges
must be paid in full, and books returned before any records or report
cards can be released at the end of the year. We will be sending out
two mailings over the summer. The first will go out with report cards
when we get achievement test scores back, and the second in July.
Watch your mail box and read carefully. Please call the office if
you have any questions about your account. Thank you!

The offerings you give every week this month will be sent to two
local food banks. There are many folks struggling to feed their

V.B.S. is coming to Redeemer June 25th through 29th.

We have invited the counselors from Camp Dixie to run
their excellent program again this year for 1st thru 6th
grade that runs from 9:00am to 3:00pm. (Lunch included)
We would love to see lots of our school children attend –

order yours, we have some extras. Just stop by the office -The cost
is $30.00. We will pass them out and have autograph day some time
next week.

Dependent upon grade level, lessons are taught to instill computer savvy skills. Our media specialist and our computer teacher engage each child with grade appropriate projects.  The children are taught to type starting in 3rd grade and continue to practice consistently.

• Every child must have an emergency release form on file with ESC.  It should have a complete list of people authorized to pick up each child from ESC.  If a person is not on the list, RLS will not release the child. 
• All children must be signed in and out of ESC.  A parent or authorized adult must sign a child in or out.

• All children not picked up from school by 3:00pm will automatically be checked into ESC.
• ESC closes PROMPTLY at 6:00pm.  Any child remaining after 6:00pm will be charged $5.00 for every 5 minutes after 6:00pm
• The discipline policies for ESC are the same as those outlined in the Student Handbook.
• The director of ESC and the principal reserve the right to withhold ESC services from any individual that does not adhere to the Student Handbook policies.
